Full-time Youth/EM Pastor

Pilgrim Community Church in Burke, Virginia is looking for a full-time Youth/EM Pastor who believes the Bible is the Word of God and loves His people with the love of Jesus Christ. Our main goal is to build a biblical and healthy English church for next generation. 

- In charge of both Youth and EM 
- English speaking 
- Weekly Sunday sermon 
- Weekly bible study 
- Weekly pastoral staff meeting 
- Coordinating activities/retreats 
- Counseling and visitation as needed 
- Formal theological education (currently in seminary or graduated from seminary) 
- A strong call to ministry and a passion to serve the next generation
